Description

This red blend of Bordeaux varietals includes:

• 54% Cabernet Sauvignon
• 25% Merlot,10% Petit Verdot
• 7% Cabernet Franc
• 4% Malbec

It presents concentrated aromas of dark fruit with notes of cedar, tobacco, green peppercorn, dried herbs and a dash of baking spice. On the palate, flavors alluding to black cherry and dark berries that show a burst of acidity are met by notes of bittersweet chocolate on the mid-palate and an earthy graphite finish with hints of peppery spice.
